[Mission]
This role is pivotal in the Oncology therapeutic area, focusing on new product launch, fostering professional relationships with Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) and a broad range of external stakeholders. The primary aim is to facilitate scientific communication and execute non-promotional medical activities, ultimately contributing to patient care and supporting Servier’s medical and scientific objectives.
[Responsibility]
- Maintain the highest level of knowledge regarding products in responsible therapeutic area (TA) and investigational compound information to be a scientifically credible partner of TAEs
- Proactively identify and develop long term peer-to-peer relationships with TAEs and other relevant stake holders
- Establish Servier presence within academic institutions and relevant societies in defined therapeutic areas of strategic interest to the company
- Execute the medical activities aligned with medical strategies and TAE engagement plan
- Delivery of medical information to TAEs
- Support HCPs for investigator-sponsored study (ISS) as per Servier SOP as well as engaging with GMA team on ISS proposals as appropriate:
- Support the management of clinical studies and medical projects initiated by Servier (SIT) in the Affiliate, ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with relevant processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to sales, training, marketing, regulatory affairs, market access, etc., through sharing insights on product, patient and therapeutic area, to ensure that Servier can develop pertinent product strategies.
- Complying with local regulations and Servier policies
[Requirement]
1. Basic qualification
- graduate degree (Bachelor or Masters) in science, biotechnology or nursing with technical qualifications
- Advanced degree (eg. PharmD, PhD, MD) in a relevant scientific discipline is highly preferred
2. Experience
- As a minimum requirement, more than 2 years of MSL experience, preferably in a multinational company
- Launch experience and/or Oncology Therapeutic area experience is highly preferred
- Laboratory/Research experience is a strong plus
- Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and the role of Medical Affairs to advance the medical and scientific objectives of the organization.
- Experience in developing and maintaining expert knowledge for the assigned therapeutic area, and in medical research in general

Sr. Market Access Specialist
[Mission]
Ensure optimal access to Servier’s portfolio by aligning deep pricing and reimbursement insights with strategic execution.
[Activities & Responsibilities]
The Sr. Market Access Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies to secure optimal pricing and reimbursement (P&R) conditions for new product launches, as well as defending against post-listing price erosion for established brands. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead development of Payer Value Proposition and P&R dossier including budget impact analysis
- Lead local adaptation of global economic models by managing external vendors to ensure product value and timely & qualified delivery
- Lead interactions with HIRA and NHIS reviewers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout submission and negotiation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, medical, regulatory, global/regional partners) to prepare pricing and negotiation strategies
- Support the development and execution of environment shaping plans to ensure P&R success
- Monitor healthcare policy trends and contribute to industry-level efforts to shape the policy environment
[Requirements]
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, or related fields (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Pharmacoeconomics, Public health, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and professional proficiency in English
- Experience in oncology market access is a strong plus
[Mission]
Successful launch of Servier Oncology product, by developing strategies, implementing promotional campaigns, developing TAEs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of product strategy and operational plans.
[Activities & Responsibilities]
Manage the marketing of responsible Servier products
- Develop new product launch readiness, marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion.
- Collaborate with cross-function teams (sales, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, business excellence, training) to develop, integrate and implement operational plans to make sure the product strategy alignment.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns with sales team, monitor & evaluate these activities & follow up KPIs.
- Collaborate with Servier Group to ensure that local plans are in line with the group product & communication plan.
- Respect regulation and on label communication and validation all promotional materials by medical review.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, monitor and analyze customer behaviors & competitive landscape.
- Regular report to top management and share local experiences and good practice to global team or other affiliates.
- Therapeutic Area Expert management
- Establish and build relationships with TAEs, healthcare professionals, and relevant industry stakeholders and promote Servier Korea and its products through these contacts.
- Sales Forecast & Budget Management
- Analyze market trends and sales potential and propose forecasts.
- Ensure all promotional/marketing plans are implemented within specified budget.
[Requirements]
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Science or Business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in Oncology.
- Experience with new Oncology product launches preferred.
- Fluent in English (Verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of compliance in the pharmaceutical industry
