DSKR Market Access (Sr.) Specialist

Job Summary

The Market Access (Sr.) Specialist, Daiichi Sankyo Korea Market Access, is responsible for the development of the local market access strategies & plans and HTA analysis for the assigned products and to support the strategy execution of DSKR products. 

The Market Access (Sr.) Specialist is also responsible for the development of the P&R dossiers and key arguments/presentation for the negotiation aligned with strategies and support the negotiation with HTA agency/payers to ensure the optimal pricing and access conditions for the assigned products.

Responsibilities

• Generate value dossiers, pharmaco-economic studies, budget impact analyses, and stakeholder engagement plans
• Collaborate with vendors to conduct localized pharmaco-economic studies
• Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies and plans for newly assigned products
• Develop value messaging through local adaptation of the value proposition and story
• Monitor changes in the market access environment to ensure optimal pricing conditions, and collaborate with relevant functions
• Manage the P&R process and prepare supplementary documents requested by payers
• Communicate value effectively with HIRA, NHIS, and MoHW
• Prepare documents for global approval of local P&R strategies and price changes
• Ensure that the local price management system is compliant with global pricing governance
• Monitor volume, competitors, actual transaction prices, and other relevant market factors
• Provide timely updates on pricing and reimbursement changes to relevant business partners

Requirement and Experience

• (Must) Qualified candidates must have knowledge and experience in pharmaco-economic analysis to lead HTA evaluations.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Market Access or HTA as a full-time student (Experience with oncology or rare disease products preferred)
• Working knowledge of the Korean healthcare system, P&R regulations, and processes
• Proven ability to develop value dossiers and key messages
• Demonstrated track record of effective cross-functional collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, with an emphasis on collaboration, networking, and influencing
• Proven ability to work with, lead, and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong judgment and business acumen, with a high level of integrity
• Working proficiency in written and spoken English
