[Medical] (Sr.) Local Research Specialist  

[ROLE SUMMARY]　

(Sr.) Local Research Specialist 는 비지니스 전략과 규제의 요구 사항에 맞춰 비아트리스의 제품이나 연관 질환과 관련된 관찰연구, PMS(Post-marketing Surveillance) /RMP(Risk Management Plan), 빅데이터 분석, 임상연구를 포함한 다양한 로컬의 연구를 진행합니다. 본 포지션은 Medical Scientific Manager 에 보고합니다.

This role coordinates and executes various local researches including observational study (prospective, retrospective, big-data analysis), PMS/RMP, clinical study to be aligned with business strategies and regulatory requirements.
　　 

[ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES]
　

▶ Have a leadership to lead the observational studies (prospective, retrospective, big-data analysis) and PMS/RMP projects from the study design to the publication

▶ Coordinate and execute operational responsibilities for observational studies (prospective, retrospective, big-data analysis) and PMS/RMP projects

▶ Oversee and manage CRO activities for the study 

▶ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and regional/global team 

▶ Manage overall budget and expense for the projects

▶ Responsibility to comply with Viatris policy/procedure, and local law/policy

▶ Support audits/inspections as applicable

• [QUALIFICATIONS]
• 　

▶ Major: BA/BS Degree in bioscience, pharmacy, medical-related field
(4년제 유관 학사 학위 이상 소지자 - 생명과학, 약학 등 Medical 유관 전공)

▶ At least with 3 year or more experience in the relevant function of pharmaceutical industry

▶ In-depth understanding of and expertise in clinical research, observational study

▶ Strong project management skill

▶ Cross-functional collaborative skills

▶ Fluent in English

▶ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint 

▶ (Preferred) Experience in clinical research, outcome research, HEOR, PMS/RMP

▶ Other Requirement: Occasionally late time teleconference with global team is needed and/or business trip could be required on demand manner
